Cabazon

Cabazon is a small census-designated place located in Riverside County, California. As of the 2020 United States census, the population of Cabazon was 2,633. Cabazon is situated in the San Gorgonio Pass between the San Bernardino Mountains and the Little San Bernardino Mountains, approximately 16 miles northwest of Palm Springs.
In terms of construction, Cabazon has seen some development in recent years, particularly in the areas of commercial and retail construction. One of the most notable examples of this is the Desert Hills Premium Outlets, a large outdoor shopping center that features a variety of high-end retail stores and restaurants. Additionally, there has been some new home construction in Cabazon and the surrounding area, particularly in the nearby city of Banning.
