Palm Springs

Palm Springs is a city located in Riverside County, California. As of the 2020 United States Census, the population of Palm Springs was approximately 48,000. 

The city is known for its hot springs, spas, and luxurious resorts, and as such, the construction industry in Palm Springs is largely focused on residential and commercial development related to the tourism industry. Some notable construction projects in Palm Springs include the expansion and renovation of several high-end resorts, such as the Ritz Carlton and the Parker Palm Springs, as well as the construction of new luxury residential developments in the area. Additionally, there is ongoing construction of various public projects, including the Palm Springs International Airport expansion and several new parks and community facilities.
